103 has a good cleaning effect on the PA membrane system due to the reduction of water production, desalination rate, and pressure difference caused by inorganic scaling and colloidal deposition.

Drug characteristics

◆ Can effectively remove inorganic scaling on the surface of PA membrane;

◆ Can effectively remove colloidal deposition pollution on the surface of PA film;

◆ Can effectively remove iron contamination on the surface of PA film;

◆During cleaning, the pH should be controlled at 2.5 ± 0.3;

◆ Suitable for cleaning ordinary reverse osmosis membrane components;

Dosing and usage requirements

◆In order to achieve better results, different cleaning solutions should be prepared according to the specific pollution situation, and reasonable cleaning time and process flow should be formulated based on the cleaning situation:

◆Cleaning once does not achieve the desired effect. It can be cleaned multiple times without damaging the PA film;

◆The concentration of general cleaning solution is 2-3%, and the pH value should be controlled at 2.50.3. If the pH value is too high, it will affect the cleaning effect, and the pH value should not be too low;

◆The cleaning solution should be prepared with deionized water or RO produced water to avoid secondary pollution of the system;
