Performance

Silicone defoaming agent is a high polymer with methyl polypolysiloxane as the main body, with the non-ionic emulsion emulsified by surfactant, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, non-toxic odor, and has the remarkable characteristics of high efficiency defoaming and long-term foam suppression.

Use

It is widely used in textile printing and dyeing, non-woven fabric production, papermaking industry and sewage treatment. Chemical industry (metal cleaning agent, flexible polystyrene, lubricant, printing and dyeing additives, artificial leather, water-based coatings) rubber industry, petroleum drilling. Food industry (monosodium glutamate, enzyme preparation, fermentation, fructose) and other production and processing in the process of eliminating foam. The dosage mainly depends on the defoaming object, such as the printing and dyeing industry according to the 0.1% -0.3% of the dyeing solution.

Packaging and storage

1. This product is packaged in 25kg and 50kg plastic bucket, and 200kg inner lining plastic iron bucket packaging

2. the storage temperature should be kept between-5℃ -35℃ range, do not expose.

3. this product should not be mixed with strong acid, strong alkali and other oil substances, can not be mixed with toxic substances

4. Storage period is one year.
